The Plan is a 10-week cohort program for a small group women, where we rebuild the four biological systems underneath your mood, energy, sleep, and cravings.
It is not a diet. It is not a sobriety program. It is not therapy. It is not a course.
It is a guided, expert-led, biology-first rebuild — done in a small group of women who are exactly where you are.
You'll work directly with me every week. You'll have a private community of other women going through exactly the same thing. And in 10 weeks, you'll come out the other side feeling like yourself again — possibly for the first time in years.
How The Plan Actually Works
The four phases of the program — what I call The Scheller Method — build on each other. The order matters. You can't address hormones effectively until the gut is working. You can't heal the gut while blood sugar is chaotic. So we go in the right order.
Phase 1: STEADY (Weeks 1–3)
Blood sugar, hydration, minerals. The foundation everything else stands on.
This is the quick-win phase. By the end of week 2, you'll already feel different. Clearer mornings. Steadier energy. The 5pm pull starts to soften. Most women sleep through the night for the first time in years somewhere in this phase.
Phase 2: NOURISHED (Weeks 4–6)
Gut, inflammation, neurotransmitters. The deeper layer of mood and craving.
Now we go deeper. Most women carry gut dysbiosis and inflammation that's directly suppressing serotonin, GABA, and dopamine. This is the phase where low mood lifts in a way that actually holds.
Phase 3: REGULATED (Weeks 7–9)
Hormones, adrenals, cycle. The patterns driving the remaining cravings.
This is where we address the cortisol loop, the perimenopausal shifts, the cycle-driven cravings, the 5pm-because-of-my-hormones piece. This is also the phase where most women experience the "huh, I haven't wanted wine in weeks" moment.
Phase 4: GROUNDED (Week 10)
Integration, sustainability, identity. The version of you that holds.
The final week is your integration intensive. We pull everything together, like your personal protocol, your real-life game plan for travel, holidays, hard weeks, and stressful seasons. You leave with the confidence that you can keep this up for as long as you'd like.
