I've been on a journey to recovering my own nervous system after many years of ongoing stress, career burnout, physical health issues, and ongoing alcohol abuse used as a coping tool.
As a Doctor of Nutrition, it has been my mission to find solutions that were soft & easy enough for my overwhelm but robust enough to overcome my shutdown.
